Why this happens

A plumbing emergency is any problem that gets worse while you wait. Burst lines, a toilet that keeps overflowing, sewage backing up, a ruptured water heater, a major leak or a gas smell. The first few minutes make the biggest difference. Shutting the main quickly can mean mopping a floor instead of replacing one. When you call, we help you stop the water over the phone and get a truck headed your way.

What our crew checks

  1. Stop the flow

Main shutoff, fixture valves or the water heater supply.

  2. Safety

Electricity near water, gas odor or sewage contact.

  3. Source

Burst pipe, failed fitting, split tank or blocked drain.

  4. Secure it

A temporary patch or a full repair, depending on the situation.

  5. Paper trail

Photos and notes for your insurance claim.

While you wait for us

Quick tip from the crewIf water is running, close the main shutoff. Kill the breaker for any area that is wet. Lift what you can off the floor, take pictures for the insurance company, and stay out of standing water.

Emergency Plumbing FAQ

Do you offer 24-hour service?

No. Our hours are 7 AM to 11 PM daily, weekends too. After hours, shut off the water and call us first thing at 7.

How do I find my main shutoff?

Look where the water line comes into the house, often in the garage or near the front hose bib. There is another valve in the meter box.

Anything I can do before the truck shows up?

Shut off the water if possible, move valuables, and keep everyone away from outlets and anything electrical near the water.
