Neighborhoods we serve
The far west side is home. Each neighborhood has its own plumbing quirks, and here is what we usually run into.
Alamo Ranch
Right in our backyard. Thousands of 2000s to 2020s tract homes with PEX supply, PVC drains, builder-grade fixtures and slabs on expansion clay, so slab leaks and worn-out first water heaters are steady calls.
Westover Hills
Established subdivisions around Hwy 151 and Military Dr. Many homes are hitting the age where original water heaters, regulators and builder faucets give out.
Westpointe
Settled west side neighborhoods inside Loop 1604. Slab leaks, tired water heaters and older shutoff valves are the usual list.
Potranco Ranch
Newer homes off Potranco Rd west of 1604. Tankless heaters, softener loops and sprinkler systems that need freeze protection.
Hunters Ranch
Recent builds near Potranco Rd from several big builders. Young plumbing, but hard water and shifting clay show up sooner than people expect.
Stillwater Ranch
Family neighborhood off Culebra Rd and Loop 1604 with homes from the 2000s. Water heaters, regulators and slab leaks keep us busy here.
Wildhorse
Large master-planned community on the Culebra and 1604 side. Two-story plans, long hot water runs and plenty of softeners.
Redbird Ranch
Newer homes on the far western edge of 78253. Builder fixtures, tankless units and fresh PVC lines settling into clay.
Valley Ranch
Newer subdivision in 78253 toward Culebra Rd. Disposal swaps, toilet fixes and softener installs are common requests.
Westlakes
Older homes near Military Dr and Hwy 90. Cast iron drains, copper supply lines and mature trees mean more sewer camera work and pipe repair.
JBSA-Lackland area
Neighborhoods around the base, from older ranch homes to newer builds. As a veteran-owned crew, we are proud to take care of military families on this side of town.
SeaWorld and Hwy 151
Homes and apartments along the Hwy 151 corridor near SeaWorld. Quick calls for drains, water heaters, toilets and leaks.
Culebra and 1604
Neighborhoods along Culebra Rd west of Loop 1604. Growing fast, with plenty of tankless heaters, gas patios and slab leak calls.
Castroville Rd and Castroville
From Castroville Rd out to the town of Castroville. Larger lots, some private wells and septic, and long yard lines.
San Antonio
Home base is the far west side, but we gladly head anywhere in San Antonio for drains, water heaters, leaks, gas work and the rest.
